Emera gets its name from the beautiful green gemstone, Emerald. Just like this gem, we believe in being natural, green, and sustainable as a brand. Our goal is to make sustainable living possible to all. We don’t just sell products, but we also aim to reach out to work with and help the society.
Hi I’m Shradha, the face behind Emera.
Emera came to life after a really scary incident. My neighbor’s 10-year-old daughter accidentally drank cleaning fluid, thinking it was water from a Bisleri bottle.
Witnessing the struggle and pain that followed for the young girl and her parents shook me to my core. The chemicals burnt through her food pipe, making it impossible for her to eat and go through a grueling path to recovery.
I had always been keen on removing chemicals from my home. But this incident further moved me to do something about it.
So, using the DIY home remedies and the research I had done, I set out to create a brand to ensure every home is a safe haven where kids, pets, and parents can breathe easily and live happily.
